Lids do the unglamorous but important work in a professional kitchen: they hold temperature during transport and holding, keep contamination out in storage, and stop cross-contamination of odours in a busy walk-in.
Because Gastronorm is an international standard (EN 631), a lid fits any GN container of the same size regardless of manufacturer or depth - a 1/1 lid works equally on a 65 mm, 100 mm or 150 mm pan. Choose your size below.
