The Pasmo S230F is a countertop soft-serve machine that dispenses two flavours plus a centre twist, sized for cafes, dessert bars and parlours that want variety without a floor-standing footprint.
Twin 9.5-litre hoppers feed twin 1.6-litre freezing cylinders for up to 30 litres an hour, cooled by two independent air-cooled compressors. Hopper agitators keep the mix consistent and a low-mix alarm warns before a hopper runs dry.
