The side broom sweeps debris in from kerbs, edges and corners into the path of the main roller, which is what lets the balimat 3300 clean right up to a wall rather than leaving a strip behind.
It is a wear item - bristles shorten and splay with use, and once they no longer reach past the machine body the edge-cleaning benefit is lost. Replacement is tool-free.
Compatibility
TASKI balimat 3300 walk-behind sweeper only. The balimat 2300 and 6500 take different brooms.
