Vegetable Processor S-QC205

The Astar S-QC205 is a commercial vegetable preparation machine that slices, grates, shreds and dices vegetables at over 180 kg an hour, replacing hours of hand prep in restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens.

A 1 kW single-phase motor drives a 205 mm cutting disc at 329 rpm, and the machine ships with 5 interchangeable stainless steel blades so one unit covers slicing, grating and julienne work. The removable disc and feed assembly strip out for washdown at the end of service.
