Dish Washer Hood PC-09

The Comenda PC09 is a pass-through hood dishwasher from the Prime Line, built for restaurant and hotel warewashing where racks arrive continuously. At its fastest program it clears up to 48 racks an hour, roughly 864 plates, using 2.8 litres of rinse water per rack.

The electronic control panel gives four selectable programs - Eco Fast, Glasses, Dishes and Intensive - with a temperature display, cycle countdown, cycle counter and alphanumeric alarm codes. The single-piece deep-drawn tank has rounded corners and four removable stainless steel surface filters, and the upper and lower wash and rinse arms lift out without tools. Thermostop holds the rinse at temperature so results stay consistent when the machine is working hard.
