Dish Washer Undercounter EF36M

The Comenda EF36 M is an undercounter dishwasher from the Equilybra line that takes full-size 500 x 500 mm racks, the same racks the pass-through machines use, while fitting under a standard counter. Its real advantage is electrical: it runs on an ordinary single-phase 220-240 V supply drawing 3.16 kW, so it can go into premises that could not support a three-phase machine.

It washes 40 racks an hour on a short or intensive cycle using 2.6 litres of rinse water per rack. The door is double-walled AISI 304, which keeps the outer skin cooler and the machine quieter, and the single-piece deep-drawn tank has rounded corners for easy cleaning. Controls are electromechanical with a digital thermometer display for HACCP records.
