Double Deck Gas Oven HTR-40Q

A two-tier LPG-fired deck oven with independently controlled chambers, each fitted for two 400 x 600 mm baking trays (four trays total). Suited to bread, pastries, and small-batch bakery production in restaurants, hotels, and standalone bakeries.

Two independently controlled chambers let bread bake at one temperature while pastries hold at another, so a small bakery can run two products at once instead of waiting for a single oven to come down forty degrees.

It fires on LPG and needs only a 200 W electrical supply for ignition and the thermostat, which keeps it usable on sites where three-phase power is not available or not reliable.
