Cake Mixer Planetary 10 Litres B10GFA

The HK-Redline B10GFA is a 10 litre planetary mixer, the smaller sibling of the 20 litre B20GA, for cafes, small bakeries, restaurants and patisseries mixing in modest batches. Planetary action carries the tool around the bowl as it spins, so the whole mix is worked rather than just the centre.

It runs three speeds — 148, 244 and 480 rpm — with hook, whisk and beater all supplied, so it covers dough, batter and aeration without buying tools separately. The top speed of 480 rpm is slightly higher than the larger machine's, which suits the smaller bowl.

The 0.6 kW motor is thermally protected with a cooling fan, and the transmission uses hardened helical gears sealed in lubricant on heavy-duty bearings. A cast base, safety guard and moisture-resistant switches suit daily commercial use, and at 58 kg it stays put on a bench without being bolted down.
