The Sulte SL-G35-TP3 is a single-zone tabletop induction cooker rated at 3.5 kW, giving a commercial kitchen a portable, flameless hob that runs off a standard single-phase socket.

Induction puts the heat into the pan rather than into the room, so the unit reaches temperature almost immediately, wastes little energy and leaves the surrounding glass cool enough to wipe down straight after service. Ten power levels take it from a gentle hold-warm setting up to a full boil, and the sealed ceramic glass top cleans with a cloth.
