A professional 34-litre commercial microwave oven with a cavity sized to take a GN 2/3 container, for high-volume reheating, defrosting and regeneration in busy fast food outlets, hotel kitchens and institutional canteens.

Digital touch controls with an LED display set time and power, and microwave energy is distributed from the top downwards for even heating through the cavity. At 1,800 W of microwave output it works through larger loads faster than the 25-litre model in the same range. The cooking chamber, interior lining and handle are stainless steel, so the oven stands up to repeated cleaning in a commercial kitchen.
