Induction Hob DK977

The DK977 is a two-zone countertop induction hob from Lincat's Specialist range, built for front-of-house counters and small production kitchens where a gas connection is not available.

Both zones sit under a single sheet of 6 mm Schott Ceran ceramic glass, which wipes down flat and takes knocks from pan bases. Pan detection keeps a zone off until cookware is on it, and a boost function drives full power for a fast start before automatic heat-up drops back to a preset level.

Total load is 3.0 kW at 230 V, which works out at 13 A, so the hob runs from a standard socket rather than needing its own circuit. Rotary controls with an LED display set the power, and the surface is rated to 190 degrees.
