Pastry Display Square 1500 Evok

The Tecnodom EVOK150V is a 1.5-metre refrigerated patisserie and gastronomy showcase with straight tempered glass on all five sides - the squared-off profile that distinguishes the EVOK line from Tecnodom's curved-glass EVO.

Three height-adjustable glass shelves, each with its own LED strip and topped by a further ceiling LED, present cakes, pastries, desserts, cold cuts and cheeses in a fully lit, fully transparent case that reads well from anywhere in the room.

Ventilated refrigeration holds +2 to +4 °C with optimised air distribution across all three tiers, while double-glazed rear sliding doors on vertical gaskets give staff quick serve-over access without letting the cabinet's internal air escape. Automatic condensate evaporation removes the need for a drain, and the removable lower shelves make daily cleaning quick.
