The Tecnodom Nerone EKO 595 Grill is a compact four-tray convection oven with an added top grill element, which makes it markedly more versatile than a plain convection unit - you can bake, roast and regenerate on convection, then switch to grill or grill-plus-fan to brown, gratinate and finish.

Two independent fan motors circulate air across all four levels, so trays cook evenly without rotating them mid-bake.

It takes four 435 × 350 mm trays or grids at 84 mm pitch and is built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel with a rounded-corner chamber, halogen interior lighting and a cold double-glazed door whose inner pane swings open for cleaning. It runs on single-phase 230 V and needs no water connection, which makes it a straightforward drop-in for restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, delis and hotel back-of-house.
