Single Well Electric Fryer 15 Ltr Drop-In Baron DI7FRE415

The Baron DI7FRE415 is a 15 litre single-basin electric fryer from Baron's Drop-In 7 range, built to be inset into a worktop so the fryer sits flush with the surrounding surface. It can be installed flush with the rim level to the worktop, or top-mounted so the module simply rests on the bench.

The AISI 18/10 stainless steel pan has a cool zone and a foam area, keeping crumb and sediment away from the heat and extending oil life. AISI 304 armoured heaters sit in the bowl and rotate through more than 90 degrees, swinging clear so the pan can be emptied and cleaned properly. A safety thermostat cuts in at 230 °C to prevent oil overheating, and oil drains off through a discharge tap.
