Fryer Split Type 11 + 11 Ltrs H-Kitchen

The GF-120T is a floor-standing gas fryer with two independent 11 litre tanks, so chips and coated products can be cooked side by side without sharing oil. Each tank has its own burners and basket, and one side can be shut down during quiet periods.

Gas input is 35.2 kW, about 120,000 BTU/hr across four burners. Recovery rate matters more than tank size on a busy fryer, and that input is what brings oil back to temperature after a full basket goes in.

The machine weighs 76 kg and stands on legs, so it is a fixed installation rather than a bench unit. Twin baskets are supplied and both tanks drain for filtering.
