Dish Washer Hood Type EC44

The Comenda EC44 is a pass-through hood dishwasher from the Equilybra line, built for kitchens that need steady rack throughput without a complicated control panel. It washes 40 racks an hour on either a short or an intensive cycle, using 2.6 litres of rinse water per rack, and holds that rate on cold water as well as warm.

Controls are electromechanical and deliberately simple, with a digital thermometer display for HACCP record keeping, a cycle countdown and alarm codes. The washing chamber is AISI 304 stainless steel with a fully enclosed back, and the single-piece deep-drawn tank has rounded corners so there is nothing inside to trap soil.
