GN Container Perforated 1/1 100 Bilge

A perforated full-size Gastronorm container in 100 mm depth. The perforations let steam circulate and liquid drain away, which makes it the pan for steaming vegetables, blanching, washing salad leaves and draining anything that would otherwise sit in its own liquid.

Gastronorm is an international standard (EN 631), which is the point of it: any 1/1 pan fits any 1/1 opening, on any compliant counter, trolley, oven runner or refrigerator shelf, regardless of who made it. That interoperability is what lets a kitchen move food from cold store to oven to service without decanting it.

It nests inside a solid pan of the same size so drained liquid is caught rather than spilled, and it takes the same lid as the solid version.
