Immersion Blender Tube 400 Mm

This is the 400 mm blending shaft for a hand-held immersion blender. The tube carries the blade at its tip and the drive from the motor unit, and its length sets how deep a vessel the blender can work in.

Four hundred millimetres reaches into a tall stockpot or a deep soup kettle, where a 300 mm shaft would leave the motor housing uncomfortably close to the surface. That is usually the reason a second shaft is bought rather than a second blender.

The tube is stainless steel and detaches from the motor unit, so it washes separately and can be exchanged for the shorter shaft when batches are smaller.
