The Skymsen BM2 Maxi Blender is a high-speed machine engineered for both cold and hot recipes.

A powerful motor spinning to 38,000 rpm crushes ice and liquefies frozen fruit pulp on demand, making it a natural fit for juice bars, cafés, hotel breakfast stations and smoothie counters - and it will just as readily grind coffee beans and nuts or turn out soups and baby food.

The 2-litre cup is moulded from Tritan, a BPA-free copolyester that resists falls and impacts and imparts no taste or odour to what you blend. Inside it sits a six-edge stainless steel blade assembly running on double-shielded bearings. Three controls sit on the black piano-finish base: an on/off button, a pulse trigger for short bursts, and a variable speed controller for everything from a coarse chop to a silk-smooth puree.
