Meat Mincer JT32

The HK-Redline JT32 is a floor-standing meat mincer rated at up to 320 kg an hour, for butcheries and meat rooms working through volume rather than occasional batches.

It runs on a 1.5 kW (about 2 HP) motor at 230-240 V, 50 Hz, so it connects to an ordinary single-phase supply rather than needing a three-phase board. That matters for a machine at this throughput, which often assumes three-phase.

The body is stainless steel throughout for hygiene and daily wash-down, and at 530 × 270 × 500 mm it stays narrow enough to line up alongside other prep equipment.
