Meat Mincer TC-22

The HK-Redline TC-22 is a bench-top meat mincer rated at 220 kg an hour, sized for butcheries, restaurants and small production kitchens.

A 1200 W motor turns the auger at 210 rpm. A low auger speed matters in mincing: worked too fast, the fat smears through the mince instead of being cut, and the result loses both texture and colour in the display cabinet.

At 460 × 250 × 490 mm it takes little bench space for its throughput, and the stainless steel body stands up to daily wash-down.
