Waffle Maker Double WB-2

The HK-Redline WB-2 is a two-plate commercial waffle maker, the double version of the WB-1, for cafes, hotels and dessert counters whose waffle output has outgrown a single plate. Each of the two 170 mm round plates works independently.

Independent plates matter more than the doubled capacity alone: one can be cooking while the other is being loaded or cleaned. Both are cast aluminium with a Teflon coating for clean release, with stainless steel elements top and bottom, adjustable from 50 to 270 °C.

Each plate draws 1000 W for 2000 W in total, so on a 220-240 V supply this wants a circuit of its own rather than sharing with other counter equipment. The unit weighs 17 kg and measures 500 × 380 × 300 mm, with cool-touch handles and a five-minute timer with bell.
