Chafing Dish Insert Porcelain 2/3 GN

A porcelain insert sized to 2/3 Gastronorm, for use in a chafing dish in place of a stainless steel pan.

Porcelain is chosen for the front of house: it holds heat more evenly and gently than thin steel, so food at the edges of the pan does not dry out over a long service, and it looks like serving ware rather than kitchen equipment on a buffet line. It goes from the chafer to the table without transferring.

Being a standard 2/3 GN footprint, it drops into any chafing dish built to Gastronorm sizes.
