Electric Fryer Double EF-11L-2

The EF-11L-2 is a twin-tank countertop electric fryer holding 11 litres of oil in each well, so two products can be fried at the same time without flavour carrying between them. Each tank has its own element and thermostat, and one side can be switched off when demand drops.

Total connected load is 7 kW on a 220 V single-phase supply, which draws around 32 A. That is well beyond a standard socket, so the fryer needs its own circuit and an isolator within reach of the operator.

The body measures 670 by 440 mm and weighs 15 kg. Tanks and baskets lift out for filtering and cleaning at the end of service.
