Meat Grinder 42 Model TC-42

The Astar TC-42 is a floor-standing industrial meat grinder for large butcheries, meat-processing plants and high-volume kitchens that need sustained output well beyond a countertop machine.

A 4,000 W three-phase motor drives a No. 42 grinding head at up to 650 kg/hour, supplied with 6 mm and 8 mm plates to switch between textures. Housing, head, knives and nuts are all stainless steel, and the free-standing body is built for continuous production rather than intermittent use.
