Cake Mixer Planetary 20 Litres H-Kitchen

The HK-Redline B20GA is a 20 litre planetary mixer for bakeries, patisseries, hotel kitchens and restaurants working in batches. Planetary action means the tool orbits the bowl while spinning on its own axis, so it reaches the whole bowl rather than cutting one channel through the mix.

Three speeds — 197, 317 and 462 rpm — cover the range of work a bakery actually does: the slowest for bread dough on the hook, the middle for creaming and batters with the beater, the fastest for whipping cream and egg whites on the whisk. All three tools are supplied.

The 1.1 kW motor is thermally protected and fan cooled, the gearbox runs hardened helical gears sealed in lubricant, and the base is cast rather than folded sheet — which is what keeps a 20 litre mixer from walking across the bench under load. It runs from a 240 V 50 Hz 10 amp plug, weighs 83 kg and has a safety guard and moisture-resistant switches.
