Chafing Dish Drop in Oblong H Kitchen DAT 60

The HK-Redline DAT 60063-2 is an oblong drop-in chafing dish for permanent installation in a buffet counter. Recessed into a cut-out, it leaves only the food well and lid proud of the worktop, giving a built-in look rather than the free-standing appearance of a legged chafer.

The housing is designed to be dripless, containing condensation and spills around the recess instead of letting them run onto the counter and into the cut-out — the usual failure point of a built-in unit. Construction is stainless steel with a fine-polished mirror finish throughout.

The unit measures 670 × 490 × 230 mm. As with any drop-in, the counter aperture must be cut to match, so confirm the dimensions against the joinery before ordering.
