Pretzel & Sandwich Slicer

The Empero EMP.3005 is a pretzel and sandwich slicer that cuts baked goods cleanly for filling, opening bread horizontally without crushing or tearing it, for fast-food outlets, bakeries and sandwich counters.

An adjustment lever sets the cut to the bread, and the machine shuts down automatically at the end of the cut. The stainless steel body suits daily service, and the compact footprint stores easily in a refrigerator or bread basket between uses.
