The Empero PS.09 is a commercial potato peeler that strips a full batch of potatoes in 1-2 minutes, using a rotating abrasive drum rather than hand-peeling, for restaurants, canteens and food-prep kitchens.

A digital control panel with a timer runs the peel cycle hands-free, and the durable abrasive lining on the 500 x 500 mm drum does the work with minimal water and waste. The rotating plate and drum lining are removable for cleaning, and the whole body is stainless steel for daily washdown.
