The Skymsen DB-25HD is the heavy-duty end of the range, engineered for high-volume institutional kitchens, hotels, hospitals, chip processors and large catering operations.

It takes a full 25 kg charge per cycle and delivers up to 500 kg of peeled product per hour, driven by a 1 HP motor turning a durable removable abrasive disc. Water runs continuously through the drum during peeling, so potatoes and tubers emerge peeled and washed together.

A reinforced stainless steel structure carries the load of continuous daily service, and thoughtful details make it practical to live with: an integrated peel strainer box catches peelings before they reach your drain, an exit door empties the drum without wrestling the machine, and a timer keeps every batch consistent. Raised 200 mm on anti-slip rubber-shod feet, it sits at a comfortable working height and washes down easily underneath.
