Combi Fry

The RATIONAL Combi Fry is a perforated tray for finishing foods that have already been pre-fried.

The perforations let heat circulate right around the food, so chips, onion rings and vegetables crisp and brown evenly using the oil already in them - cutting the fats and oils a deep fryer would need for the same result. Choose 2/3 GN for smaller batches, or 1/1 GN to fill a standard shelf.
