The RATIONAL Cross N Stripe Grill is a reversible grill grate with a TriLax non-stick finish, used to mark food cooked inside a combi oven.

Kitchen staff flip it between two patterns depending on the dish: classic grill stripes on one side, and an American steakhouse cross pattern on the other. Neither side needs preheating. Choose 2/3 GN for smaller batches, or 1/1 GN to fill a standard shelf and mark up to 160 rump steaks in 15 minutes.
