Grilling and Roasting Platter 1/1 GN

The Grilling and Roasting Platter, 1/1 GN is a searing plate sized to fit RATIONAL combi ovens including the iHexagon range, finished with a non-stick coating for release and cleanup.

It is used for grilling meat, fish and vegetables to order, with a continuous lip along the back edge that holds released fat and liquid so it doesn't run off the plate during service.
