Roasting and Baking Tray

The RATIONAL Roasting and Baking Tray is a solid, unperforated gastronorm tray for RATIONAL combi ovens, made from aluminium with a three-layer TriLax non-stick coating for even browning and easy release.

Choose the gastronorm size to match your batch: 2/3 GN for smaller loads, 1/1 GN for standard service, or 2/1 GN for maximum-volume roasting and baking. Each size is suited to bread rolls, pastries, roast potatoes, meat and fish.
