The High Grade Grid, 2/3 GN is a stainless steel wire rack sized to fit RATIONAL combi ovens including the iHexagon range.
It raises food above the base of a gastronorm pan so hot air and steam can circulate underneath as well as over the top, giving more even cooking than a solid tray for items like vegetables, pastries or grilled foods.
