Grilling and Pizza Tray

The RATIONAL Grilling and Pizza Tray is a double-sided cast aluminium tray with a TriLax non-stick coating, giving one accessory two distinct cooking functions.

The flat side bakes fresh or convenience pizza, quiches and flatbreads; turn it over and the ridged side grills vegetables, fish and meat with proper bar marks. Choose the gastronorm size to match your service: 2/3 GN for smaller-batch and à la carte work, or 1/1 GN to fill a standard shelf.
