Multibaker

The RATIONAL Multibaker is a molded gastronorm tray whose individual cups portion food for you, so every piece comes out of the oven the same size and shape.

Kitchens use it for high-volume breakfast and snack service - fried eggs, omelettes, hash browns and tortillas - without hand-shaping each portion or filling individual pans. Choose the gastronorm size to match your output: 1/3 GN with 2 molds for small batches, 2/3 GN with 5 for steady service, or 1/1 GN with 8 for maximum throughput per shelf.
