Chicken Super Spike

The RATIONAL Chicken Super Spike is a vertical roasting rack that holds whole chickens upright inside a combi oven, creating a chimney effect that speeds up cooking.

Standing the birds rather than laying them flat gives commercial kitchens faster, more consistent results across a batch, with juicy breast meat and uniformly browned skin. Both sizes share the same 1/1 GN footprint and trade bird size against bird count: 8 birds at up to 2.9 lbs each, or 10 birds at up to 2 lbs each.
