Combi Grill 1/1

The RATIONAL Combi Grill (1/1 GN) is a ridged grill tray coated with a three-layer TriLax non-stick finish, designed to put grill marks on food cooked inside a combi oven.

Kitchen staff use it to grill steaks, chops and other pan-fried foods to order, sliding the tray in and out of the oven without any preheating step.
