Bone Saw Free Standing SI-282HD

The Skymsen SI-282HD is a heavy-duty free-standing bone saw, built end to end in hardened stainless steel for the washdown conditions of a working butchery.

Its 2,820 mm four-teeth-per-inch blade runs at 900 m/min and takes bone-in cuts, fresh or frozen down to -5 °C, through a 350 × 330 mm cutting clearance.

The generous 870 × 810 mm table with a locking sliding carriage, meat pusher and cut regulator makes portioning fast and repeatable, while the single-piece door and blade guard lift off for cleaning and cut power the moment they are removed.
