Milk Shake Mixer Single Skymsen

The Skymsen BMS-N is a single-spindle commercial milkshake mixer designed around one practical idea: you mix in the cup you serve in.

Its spindle is made from a material that will not chew up a plastic cup, so an operator can blend straight into the takeaway cup and hand it over - no decanting, no second vessel to wash. A stainless steel 0.8 L cup is included for those who prefer the classic soda-fountain method.

At 15,000 rpm with a propeller shaped specifically for ice cream and cold milk, it produces the thick, aerated texture milkshakes are judged on, and it handles iced coffee and cold blended drinks equally well. The cast iron base keeps the machine planted through a full shift, and a safety interlock stops the motor unless the cup is properly seated. At just 210 mm wide it takes almost no counter space.
