Disc W4

The Skymsen W4 is a 4 mm scallop-cut slicing disc for the PA-7 vegetable processor, cutting a rippled, wave-edged slice instead of a flat one.

The textured cut is used mainly for decorative presentation - ridged potato and vegetable slices for buffets, salad bars and garnish work - while still delivering the same uniform, standardised thickness as a flat slicing disc, so every portion looks and cooks the same.
