Disc Z8

The Skymsen Z8 is an 8 mm grating disc for the PA-7 family of continuous-feed vegetable processors, producing a coarse shred suited to hard cheese, carrots, courgettes, beetroot and cucumber.

It fits the same disc chamber as the rest of the PA-7 accessory range, so kitchens can swap it in for grating jobs and back out for slicing or julienne work on the same machine, keeping continuous prep moving through service without a second appliance.
