Slicer Disc - 14MM

The Skymsen 14MM (factory code E14) is the thickest slicing disc offered for the PA-7 vegetable processor, cutting a generous 14 mm slice through vegetables, tubers and cold cuts.

Beyond slicing on its own, the E14 is the disc Skymsen pairs with its 14 × 14 mm cube grid: the E14 cuts the slice and the grid divides it into large, evenly sized cubes, useful for chunky stews, roasting vegetables and fruit prep where a fine dice isn't wanted. The cutting edge is stainless steel on an aluminium disc body, with a non-stick coating to help thick, moist slices release cleanly.
