Disc Cube

The Skymsen GC16 is a cube-dicing grid disc for Skymsen's continuous-feed vegetable processors, cutting produce into uniform 16 × 16 mm cubes.

Like other cube grids in the range, the GC16 is a cross-hatched grid rather than a stand-alone blade: fitted behind a slicing disc of matching thickness, the slicer cuts even slices which the grid then divides into cubes as they pass through, producing a consistent dice in a single pass. It suits potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers and other firm vegetables destined for salsas, stews, salads and soups.
