Disc Z5

The Skymsen Z5 is a 5 mm grating disc for the PA-7 family of continuous-feed vegetable processors, giving a finer shred than the Z8 for cheese, carrots, courgettes and other firm vegetables.

It shares the same tool-free fitting as the rest of the disc range, so an operator can move between grating, slicing and julienne discs within a single service without stopping to strip the machine down.
