Disc H3

The Skymsen H3 is a julienne disc for the PA-7 vegetable processor, cutting produce into uniform 3 × 3 mm matchstick strips rather than grating or slicing it.

It is built for high-volume prep of French-fry-style cuts and julienned vegetables - carrots, courgettes, cucumber and similar firm produce - giving restaurants and buffets a fast, consistent alternative to hand-cutting strips one at a time.
