Disc -E3

The Skymsen E3 is a 3 mm slicing disc for the PA-7 vegetable processor, cutting a thin, flat, uniform slice through vegetables, cheeses and cold cuts.

It carries a non-stick coating to help sliced food clear the disc cleanly instead of sticking and bunching, and is built for repeated commercial use where slice thickness needs to stay consistent from the first vegetable of the shift to the last.
